Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Medical Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Pedia, Internal Medicine, and Surgeon Lines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting our products, and ensuring their proper use to benefit patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, internal medicine specialists, and surgeons, within the assigned territory.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals about our pharmaceutical products.
- Effectively communicate product information, features, and benefits to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and organize events to increase product awareness.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product usage and clinical studies.
- Collect and report market intelligence and competitor information.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative in the Pedia, Internal Medicine, and Surgeon Lines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
