Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer and content editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Adobe InDesign and have proficiency in basic HTML + CSS and Adobe Photoshop, along with strong English editing skills. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including creating print files, updating our website, editing photos, and proofreading written content.

Your main responsibilities will include creating and editing print files using Adobe InDesign, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and meet high-quality standards. You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining our website, utilizing HTML to ensure accuracy and consistency across pages. Additionally, you will edit and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop, optimizing them for both print and digital use. As a content editor, you will proofread and edit written content in English, ensuring correct grammar, punctuation, syntax, and maintaining a consistent style and tone. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to create animated explainer videos using Animaker, combining your design skills with storytelling abilities to create visually appealing, informative, and engaging videos. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet our satisfaction. Your responsiveness and excellent communication skills will be crucial, providing timely updates on project progress and actively participating in virtual meetings as required.

Qualifications

• The candidate must possess a proven track record as a graphic designer and content editor, demonstrating extensive experience through a compelling portfolio that showcases expertise in Adobe InDesign, HTML, and Adobe Photoshop.
• They exhibit proficiency in utilizing Animaker or similar video editing software, showcasing their ability to create captivating visual content that effectively engages the audience.
• With an exceptional command of the English language, they have a meticulous eye for detail when it comes to grammar, punctuation, and syntax, ensuring the production of high-quality written materials.
• They prioritize strong attention to detail in all aspects of their work, maintaining a refined and professional standard for designs and written content.
• The candidate demonstrates the ability to work independently and efficiently, successfully managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and consistently delivering outstanding results.
• Their excellent communication and collaboration skills enable them to thrive in a team environment, facilitating effective teamwork and seamless coordination with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
