Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Ads Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing paid advertising campaigns to meet client Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. Your expertise in media buying and campaign optimization will be crucial in driving results and scaling the ad campaigns for maximum effectiveness. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives and ensure the campaigns align with their goals, delivering optimal returns on investment.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute media buying strategies for clients, including ad and landing page copywriting, building landing pages, setting up performance tracking, and requesting new ad creatives as needed.
- Conduct A/B tests on landing pages and ads, analyzing and implementing findings to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor client ad accounts, ensuring accurate daily tracking of key performance metrics and providing timely feedback on account performance.
- Actively manage client accounts, pausing underperforming campaigns and scaling successful campaigns to maximize results.
- Maintain adherence to client budgets and ensure monthly spending is within allocated limits.
- Generate monthly client snapshot reports to provide up-to-date campaign performance insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in running ads on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and PPC ads.
- Strong ability to set up conversion tracking and reporting systems.
- In-depth knowledge of media buying strategies, campaign optimization, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work from our office in downtown Cagayan De Oro City.
- Willingness to work the graveyard shift during US business hours.
