POSITION PURPOSE:

To support the department objective of maintaining the organization’s systems documents, and promoting quality, environmental, health and safety practices.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Documentation 

  • Review documents requested for revision · Periodically review the Systems documentation for compliance to the requirements of the standard.


Management Review (Inter Departmental) 

  • Facilitate conduct of Management Review · Summarize and analyze reports presented in the Review · Report to the Top Management the status of the QMS.

Internal Audit

  • Facilitate training for auditor's qualification/refresher. 
  • Review audit results and analyse audit findings.

Root cause analysis and corrective actions 

  • Review correctness, appropriateness and adequacy of the identified root cause and corrective actions to problems raised through proper channel (Customer Complaint, CAR, (-) Observation, Red Tag, Incident Report, Productivity Report CAS, Doc Audit Findings, Internal Audit Findings, External Audit Findings) · Ensure that the problems were given proper attention and are resolved.

Customer Complaints and Feedback 

  • Facilitate in the resolution of customer complaints, links the external and internal customers with the concerned process owner and communicate the status of the complaint with internal customer.
  • Collect, finalize and maintain record of customer survey and coordinate with relevant process heads the identified areas for improvement.

Certification 

  • Schedule 3rd party audit; liaise with third party auditors for schedule · Ensure preparedness for the audit of all the processes covered by the QMS.

Environment, Safety and Health 

  • Assess hazards/risks associated with projects under contractor/supplier; issue Work Permit and ensure that the conditions of the permit are met. 
  • Ensure compliance to legal requirements mandated by DENR, DOLE and other government offices.
  • Carry out the Impact/Risk Assessment process. 
  • Set, measure, and monitor attainment of ESH targets. 
  • Develop and lead the ESH team (committee) 
  • Initiate, design and implement programs to ensure the organization's readiness in handling potential emergency situations. 
  • Lead the investigation of accidents and incidents and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. 
  •  Initiate, design and implement programs to promote safety and health in the workplace and for the environment.

QMS Review Improvement 

  • Plan programs/activities in coordination with the proper department or process, to improve the areas of the QMS that were identified to be not performing so well 
  • Coordinate with the proper department or process, to improve lapses in the implementation of ESH programs
