Job Description

  • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient IT operations.
  • Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary solutions to optimize operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies and systems.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user manuals, and IT-related policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or a similar role within a BPO or IT services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, systems administration, and IT security.
  • Experience with various operating systems, databases, and software applications commonly used in a BPO setting
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse IT team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
