Assist the Facilities Manager in managing the sites to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.
To achieve excellence in preventive maintenance programs with the highest standards and ensure energy conservation practices.
Assist in providing comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client.
Contribute to achieving financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager.
Work with local and regional teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction for all OP360 services.
Must work with the team members to meet all key performance indicators.
Drive cost effective engineering initiatives across facilities.
Financial Management and its application (Process, Budgetary Control, Forecasting, Resources allocation, Inventory, Asset Disposal)
Assist in the implementation of a risk management program which identifies major risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental
Ensure the team is well-trained in all facilities policies, procedures and systems
Manage the output of the Repairs and Maintenance team. Responsible for on time, on budget, delivery of engineering work
Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, enforcing rules, and recommending decisions.
Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the Facilities.
Actively lead and/or participate in activities such as regular update meetings, ongoing communication, etc.
Consensus decision-making, delegation, planning and coordination
Promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates, peers and clients.
Plan and direct the operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
Manage project issues, budgets, and schedules
Prioritize & set expectations on key deliverables.
Manage vendor in complying with agreed service levels
Familiar with ISO 27001, PCI DSS implementation.
Familiar with the Facility Management core competencies.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (with or without license) or Facilities and Administration Management related courses.
At least three (3) years experience in Building and Facilities Management, Projects (Office fit-out) and Administration - preferably in BPO set-up
With strong leadership, proactive, and management skills.
Customer-Centric and persistent in driving solutions and continuous improvements.
Has the ability to build a gainful relationship and maturity in handling highly confidential information.
Multi-site based with several alignment/meetings with stakeholders.
Amenable with shifting schedules, working on weekends, night shift and rendering overtime if needed.
