• Provides support and guidance to HR Officers, and other staff

• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

• Maintains compliance with the government local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

• Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

• Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, resolving employee grievances, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors
