Everwork is a creative media agency based in the US and headquartered in Cagayan de Oro City. Our office is at Corrales Street, CDO.

We are looking to hire a talented and experienced creative director to take our video editing team to the next level and establish quality control. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that every creative member improves and adheres to the aesthetic and quality standards set by him, as well as create an effective process flow for the team from onboarding, training, one-on-one coaching, and quality control. Aesthetic and speed should be his priorities too.

To ensure success as a creative director, he/she should have a unique creative eye and expert knowledge of modern video editing techniques and tools, be able to visualize directorial concepts and artwork according to the latest trends. As part of management, his leadership and people skills must be excellent, while his command of the English language must be world-class.

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience as a video editor and/or creative designer is a plus.
  
• Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe Premier Pro and other creative cloud apps
  
• Creative and artistic skills should be top-notch
  
• Flexible to work at night shift and onsite along with the creative team
