Technical Support (Implementation Specialist) Fulltime

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.

2. At least 2-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Applicants must be willing to travel and do field work knowledgeable on Windows Operating System, database and networking concept

Responsibilities:

1. Initial contact for general troubleshooting and problem management for users of applications

2. Able to investigate and troubleshoot across a variety of platforms with guidance from Senior Application Support Engineer.

3. Understands user concerns and replicates issues as needed

4. Work with the in-house and partner development groups, QA team and Project Managers to address bugs, defects and projects.

5. Gathers and analyzes data and use those in recommending resolution of tickets

6. Understand business and customer processes which will be used as a reference for handling issues.

7. Undertake testing and quality assurance of application

8. Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures.

9. Salary commensurate with experience
