Role Summary
Duties and Responsibilities
As Administrative Assistant:
1. Receives incoming communications, documents or files;
2. In charge of filing and safekeeping of all files and documents;
3. Monitors the due date of all payables;
4. Prepare payment vouchers, deposits, general requisition forms (GRF) and other related documents, and ensure that the same are well documented and always updated, as the case maybe;
5. Submit monthly Occupancy Report and monthly summary of Billing;
As Cashier:
1. Responsible for all cash transactions such as but not limited to receipt and deposit of cash and checks;
2. Responsible for handling payment to supplier;
3. Responsible for the custody of postdated checks received from customers;
4. Responsible for custody of Official Receipt Books, Acknowledgement Books, Statement of Accounts Books and other Accountable Forms, including the logging and monitoring of said Accountable Forms;
5. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.
