Job duties and Responsibilities
Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
Provide internal IT support (server security, software updates, hardware maintenance etc.)
Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
Collaborating with management to improve security.
Required skills or Education
College degree in IT or a related field
Must have 3 to 4 years of IT experience
IT certifications are also a plus
Have experience in installation, maintenance and repair of CCTV and GPS are also a plus
Must have knowledge of VM, Microsoft Office, Windows OS, Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Azure Cloud, and Windows Server
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exhibit a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, including good relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
Excellent internal/external customer service skills, ability to be flexible, and work both independently, and as part of a team
Possess and maintain excellent time management, customer service, strong analytic, organization, and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work on tight timelines
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations effectively and professionally
