Hiring for Customer Service Representative (CSR) 

to be assigned in Carlcare Service Center (CDO branch).

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Serves Customer by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • attracts potential customer by answering product and service question and account information.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of office management

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College degree of any business course
  • Must be coachable and willing to learn
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
  • Must have good communication skills.
