Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant
- Respond to Online Queries
- Coordinate & Source New Inventory from Private Sellers , Bank & Developers
- Update Buyers on Transaction Progress
- Prepare After-Sales Documents & Monitor Title Transfers
- Prepare Billing & Payment Vouchers for Suppliers
- Coordinate Manager & Field Personnel Schedule
Site Coordinator
- Scout New Inventory Locations
- Mount On Site Signages & Markers
- Conduct Site Visits with Clients
- Monitor Repairs & Maintenance Requests
- Deliver & Request Documents
- Assist Clients for Move In Requirements
Job Details:
- Work Hours: 8:30-5:30, Monday-Sat, On-Call on Sundays
- With Above Minimum Basic Pay + Performance Incentives
- Qualified Candidates will report at 205 Cornerstone Office accross New Gaisano Carmen.
