WORK SETUP: Office Base/On-Site
Job description:
1. Provide feedback to the representatives on areas that require improvement by monitoring the assigned staff/operators
2. Assess the performance and quality of staff/operators and track their progress
3. Ensure compliance with daily/weekly/monthly requirements through regular monitoring
4. Complete all required reporting in a timely and effective manner
5. Help establish quality assurance (QA) standards for both current staff and new recruits to follow
6. Keep quality records for agents, such as quality monitoring forms, quality assurance agreement, and other necessary documents
Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year experience
2. A thorough understanding of the applicable regulatory guidelines
3. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
4. Excellent data collection and analysis skills
5. High level of attentiveness to details
6. Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
7. Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
