Responsibilities:
• Oversee whole property maintenance operations
• Plan, prepare, and deploy maintenance personnel on a daily basis
• Coordinates with client operations personnel and implement requested job orders on time
• Acts as custodian of company equipment
• Conducts regular monitoring of maintenance personnel and ensure deliverables are met
• Resolves issues and concerns relating to operations
• Prepares and submit reports in a timely manner
Qualifications:

• College Graduate
• Computer skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Honest, Trustworthy & Hardworking
• People relationship skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license for motorcycle
• Preferably owns a motorcycle
