Hiring for Customer Service Representative
(CSR) to be assigned in Carlcare Service Center.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serves Customer by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customer by answering product and service question and account information.
- Must be analyzing information.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
- In-depth knowledge of office management
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s/College degree of any business course
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
- Must have good communication skills.
