We are looking for an HR Officer to oversee our workforce to provide the highest quality services on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement HR strategies to grow the business
- Bridging Management and Employee relations by addressing concerns in a timely manner
- Managing the Recruitment, Selection & Retention process
Requirements:
- Street Smart, Relational and Extremely Excellent People Skills
- At least 3-5 years HR Experience in a Medium to Large Sized Company
- 30-35 years Old
- Excellent familiarity with Government Regulations & Laws
- Experience in Construction Industry is Preferred
- Willing to Conduct Site Visits to Ensure Workplace Standards are implemented
