Regional Sales Manager for Indo-Mindanao Resources Corporation
Indo-Mindanao Resources Corporation, an authorized distributor of Indofood products (Indomie Mi Goreng instant noodle) in the Philippines, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to be assigned in the following territories: North Luzon, South Luzon and National Capital Region.
Indofood is the largest food manufacturing company in Indonesia and one of the largest instant noodle manufacturers in the world with its flagship product Indomie instant noodles.
Requirements
1. Filipino with a Bachelor degree from relevant majors.
2. Minimum 5 years experience as Regional Sales Manager in FMCG company.
3. Strong market knowledge in corresponding territory, including Modern Trade and General Trade accounts.
4. Proven track record in growing the sales in the corresponding territory.
5. English proficiency for business, both written and oral.
6. Basic skills in Ms.Office, especially Ms.Excel and Ms.Power Point.

Job Descrtiption
1. Develop sales plan in the corresponding territory and execute with local distributor to grow the sales and achieve the targets.
2. Develop marketing and promotion calendar in the corresponding territory and manage day-to-day promotional activities with agencies, promo team and distributor.
3. Monitor inventory level at store and distributor warehouse to ensure service excellence to customers.
4. Build and maintain excellent relationship with local key accounts and customers in general.
5. Monitor distributor's performance, service level and coverage in the corresponding territory.
6. Conduct category and competitors analysis in the market.
7. Train distributor's sales team to achieve company's targets.
8. Ensure achievement of financial targets including revenue, profits and account receivables.
