Coordinate with the logistics head for the Schedule of the delivery to be able to know the total requirements to be released on a weekly basis. And verify with logistics for the actual released stocks to be able to update the daily inventory record.
Coordinate with Warehouse in-Charge for the inventory of raw materials both Stand fabrication and Tank production to ensure that no issue will arise due to the availability of the stocks.
Coordinate with Production lead for the daily output and the actual raw materials used per tank model produced.
Conduct Time and Motion Study and Line Balancing of the production line.
Coordinate with Purchasing Department for the needed Raw Materials for Purchase Order.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Generate Production Order in SAP for the tank produced.
Update the Production Kanban and submit to Area Manager, Production Manager, Sales Team, Logistics and Warehouse every day 9am of the following day.
Plans and manages production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company's productive capacity. Send the production schedule to Production Manager, Area Manager, Sales Team, Warehouse in-Charge, Logistics, and CSR.
Coordinate with Sales Representative and Production Lead for any special tanks required by the customer for production.
Monitor daily FG and WIP products.
Make work instruction for new process and update the existing work instructions for the Production of Tanks and Stand fabrication.
Educational Requirement:
Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any other Engineering course.
Experience/skills:
Newly graduates and entry level applicants are encourage to apply
Must have excellent knowledge in production planning and control.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications specifically Excel and Powerpoint.
Attitude:
With high sense of urgency and can interface with the different level of positions in the organization.
