QUALIFICATIONS:
- A graduate of any business related course
- Preferably with 1- 2 years’ experience in General Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office Application (Word & Excel)
- Good Analytical Skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and keep records of the submission of the daily sales report
- Monitor and keep records of Running Balance or meats and grocery items
- Monitor and keep records of Variances between actual inventory and running balance
- Coordinate with expense officer with regard to all expense reports
- Report all discrepancies, shortages, and other concerns
Create financial statements
Monitor and keep records of meat shop deliveries and prices of the carcass
Monitor and keep records of all delivered inventory
