We are in need of Sales and Marketing Supervisor
Qualifications:
- 4 years graduate (Business Administration, Commerce, or another related field)
- At least 2 years' experience as a Sales or Marketing Supervisor
- Strong personality and is charismatic/effective influencer
- Average knowledge in Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and is computer savvy
- Excellent communication ability in terms of written and verbal
- Can easily adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Trainable and open for corrections
- Acquire leadership qualities (planning, leading, organizing, coordinating)
Basic Functions:
- Responsible for managing and leading the sales team to generate revenue and volume growth by offering differentiated consultative service and strategic value to customers, ensuring that the Company’s goals and objectives are achieved.
- Responsible for managing the productivity of the sales team and ensuring that all team members are focused on addressing customers’ needs and brining bear broad market knowledge of products and consumer insights.
