QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's  Degree Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
• At least 2 years proven experience in Supervisory level preferably in Convenience/Meat Shop Store and other related work
• Must have solid background in sales and Marketing operation
• Must have strong leadership, time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

LOCATION:

Sayre Highway, Valencia City

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

•  Supervise day to day operations.
• Monitor the daily opening and closing check list
• Promote employee morale
• Practice employee engagement and discipline
• Monitor employee shifting schedule (leave, holiday, events, etc)
• Monitor employee performance
•  Create, monitor and guide staff in their daily in the implementation of process flows, policies and procedures and ensure compliance on existing standards
•  Respond to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns
• Carry out health & safety audits and inspections as required.
• Perform product price canvassing with competitors
• Handle and monitor the use petty cash for operational needs
•  Promptly request needed equipment or items for operational use (cleaning products, equipment, packaging, uniform, etc)
•  Work closely with the Operation Officer to identify and solve operational concerns.
• Work closely with the Operation Officer to monitor prices of the meat and other products
