Create, monitor and guide staff in their daily in the implementation of process flows, policies and procedures and ensure compliance on existing standards
Respond to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns
Carry out health & safety audits and inspections as required.
Perform product price canvassing with competitors
Handle and monitor the use petty cash for operational needs
Promptly request needed equipment or items for operational use (cleaning products, equipment, packaging, uniform, etc)
Work closely with the Operation Officer to identify and solve operational concerns.
