Policy Encoder is responsible for encoding Policy Issuance's following Underwriting guidelines and requirements of the company.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers to get information to complete screening and transactions.
Reply to customer and underwriter inquiries and offer status updates.
Lead, determine and resolve policies by referring to policies procedure and standards.
Answer incoming telephone calls and reply to inquiries within pre-determined scope.
Compile reports and maintain files and logs.
Ensure assigned workload within quality and productivity.
Offer a high level of customer service while interacting with clients.
Extend technical underwriting support for team members.
Qualifications:
Graduate of a 4-year course
Female
Computer literate (High literacy level in MS word and Excel Applications).
Excellent communication skills.
Keen to details.
Can work with less supervision.
Confident and able to socialize.
With pleasing personality.
Preferably with working experience in other Non - Life Insurance Company as a Policy Encoder/Underwriter.
