QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be Graduate of four year course preferably Psychology, Business Management, Mass Com and/or related field
  • Preferably with a minimum experience of at least 1 year.
  •  flexible, honest, trustworthy, Hardworking,, creative, can communicate, possess high degree of objectivity

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist  in the conduct of manpower planning & inventory
  • Recruitment (talent search-shortlist-interview-placement)
  • Payroll & Compensation & benefits administration
  • Personnel relations 
  • Policy formulation and administration, orientation, induction, and training
  •  Preparation of job descriptions and job evaluation
  • Establishment of performances standards and other significant HR functions
