Responsibilities
- Supervise the assigned sales and distribution team
- aids and assist the OM recommending defining and maintaining administrative and operational work procedures and process
- supervises day to day operations of sales and its external support groups and provides support whenever necessary to the sales operations and internal support group.
- Ensures the implementation and attainment in all accounts
- Develops workable programs, objectives and action.
- Ensures timely submission of accurate, complete and reports, purchase orders and collections. Integrate and interpret significant information of the market.
- Develops and manage company’s agreed business plans for each account in his area of coverage.
- Ensures fast placement of all products in all outlets covered.
- Ensures countering of all receipt
- Ensures preparing Statement of Accounts
- Auditing of all Clients
Qualifications
- Preferably FEMALE; Age: 25-35 years old;
- Bachelor’s Degree / College Level
- With 1-2 years work experience in sales and marketing is a plus but not required
- With pleasing personality and flexible
- Highly computer literate and proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, & PowerPoint
- Excellent in negotiation, collaboration, product promotion, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- High comfort level working in a dynamic and diverse environment;
- Persuasive with details and facts; Highly organized and systematic.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork and travel when necessary
- Preferably a resident in CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
