I. Supervisory Responsibilities
1. Supervise day to day operations
2. Monitor the daily opening and closing check list
3. Promote employee morale

5. Monitor employee shifting schedule (leave, holiday, events, etc)
6. Monitor employee performance
7. Create, monitor and guide staff in their daily in the implementation of process flows, policies and procedures and ensure compliance on existing standards
8. Respond to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns
9. Carry out health & safety audits and inspections as required.
10. Perform product price canvassing with competitors
11. Handle and monitor the use petty cash for operational needs
12. Promptly request needed equipment or items for operational use (cleaning products, equipment, packaging, uniform, etc)
13. Work closely with the Operation Manager to identify and solve operational concerns.
14. Work closely with the Operation Manager to monitor prices of the meat and other products
II. Inventory Management
1. Supervise effective compilation and collection of inventory data i.e. prices, stock
2. Supervise daily physical inventory of all products (convenience store and meat products)
3. Monitor and keep updated record of daily shop deliveries
4. Monitor and keep updated record of product prices
5. Monitor and keep updated record of daily shop inventory of all convenience store and meat products
6. Monitor and keep updated record of the expiration dates of convenience store products
7. Inform Management of near expiring products in the timely manner
8. Monitor storage levels of meat shop
9. Monitor closely with meat suppliers to ensure fresh meat quality Keep a re-order point and work closely with the Operation Manager to replenish product stock
10. Analyze all opportunities and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
11. Work closely with the Operation Manager to identify inventory concerns
