- JOB DESCRIPTION
- 1. Handles End to End Recruitment
- 2. Prepare and updates 201 files
- 3. Process Daily Time Records, Leave of Absence, Change in Schedule
- 4. Process government-mandated benefits like SSS salary and calamity loan
- 5. Serve NTE to employees and handles disciplinary actions
- 6. Enforces company rules and regulations
- 7. Manages the admin functions such as filing documents and confidential records; process business permits and licences
- 8. Checking and recording of reimbursements, billings such as electricity, water, internet
- 9. Act as Petty cash custodian
QUALIFICATION
- 1. Graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resources Management or any 4 yrs related courses
- 2. With at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- 3. Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resource and Admin
- 4. Demonstrates the ability to work fairly and independently
- 5. Strong planning and organizational skills
- 6. Keen to details and goal-oriented
- 7. Willing to work from Mon - Saturdays including Holidays
- 8. Can start ASAP
