  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • 1. Handles End to End Recruitment
  • 2. Prepare and updates 201 files
  • 3. Process Daily Time Records, Leave of Absence, Change in Schedule
  • 4. Process government-mandated benefits like SSS salary and calamity loan
  • 5. Serve NTE to employees and handles disciplinary actions
  • 6. Enforces company rules and regulations
  • 7. Manages the admin functions such as filing documents and confidential records; process business permits and licences
  • 8. Checking and recording of reimbursements, billings such as electricity, water, internet
  • 9. Act as Petty cash custodian
QUALIFICATION
  • 1. Graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resources Management or any 4 yrs related courses
  • 2. With at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • 3. Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resource and Admin
  • 4. Demonstrates the ability to work fairly and independently
  • 5. Strong planning and organizational skills
  • 6. Keen to details and goal-oriented
  • 7. Willing to work from Mon - Saturdays including Holidays
  • 8. Can start ASAP
