Role Purpose:
Responsible for keeping records of product information in order to keep businesses and supply chains on schedule. This position will coordinate with the shipment and logistics of all customer orders to meet customer demands and on-time shipping metrics. The planner will reflect demand changes in our planning systems to ensure high accuracy of forecast needs and ensure accuracy in inventory records, item usage history, and forecasting files.
Scope of work:
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Maintain proper inventory level inclusive of safety stock.
• Monitor material movement
•Create inventory reports, recording the quality, type, and value.
• Keep track of all inventory movement.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
o One (1) year of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Proficiency in software applications Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word, ability to create/maintain procedures and flow charts.
