  • Job qualification
  • A graduate of BS Psychology or BS in Human Resource Management
  • At least 1 -2 years experience in Training and Development
  • Adequate computer literacy
  • Must have excellent in oral and written communication skills, people and analytical skills
  • Knowledge in Employee and Labor relations/law
  • Job Duties:
  • Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
  • Develops training and development programs and objectives.
  • Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Trains and coaches managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
  • Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
  • Knowledge and experience in Employee relation and labor law
  • Experience in handling employee disciplinary action
