A graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Preferably 6 months Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Gathering of information from production and QS/Commercial staff for required reporting.
Monthly review with management prior to issuance of reports to look at variances in order to prepare explanations and transfer of budget if necessary.
Preparation of objective & point reports including forecasted activity, margin, cash flow, total site production cost, total indirect cost including staff & labor planning, and opportunity & risks for the end of the project.
Daily recording of operating and site production costs including all the purchase orders, work orders, SC work orders, petty cash, payrolls, and the fees related to the project.
Prepare detailed breakdown and analysis for specific costs, e.g. fixed assets and depreciation list, concrete & steel order summary, sub-contractor payment records, staff, and labor payroll summary.
Prepare every month-end cost control report comparing the actual activity and margin with the objective forecasted.
Alerting the management if the budget expenditure is reached.
