Duties & Responsibilities:
- Setting-up of buffet station and post-event clean-up
- Loading, unloading and storing of buffet station equipment
- Manage buffet station
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
- Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
- Adhering to safety and quality regulations.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1-year experience on related field
- Table skirting skill and buffet station setup
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and on-time to work schedule
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, staying on your feet, climbing stairs, carrying heavyweights.
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
