JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with kitchen management on menu items.
- Monitor inventory of kitchen food and non food items.
- Prep kitchen before meal times.
- Prepare menu items as ordered.
- Conceptualize or improve existing menu.
- Organize ingredients and stocks
- Prepare proper scaling and purchase requests
- Ensure proper preparation of all food to be served.
- Food preparation with large projects when requested.
- Maintain and clean cooking equipments.
- Maintain a clean kitchen at all times.
Qualification:
- Graduate of Culinary course or similar
- At least 2 to 4 years experience in Hotel, Restaurant or Industrial Kitchen
- Genuine Passion in cooking
- Ability to Skillfully Multitask.
- Creative
- Team player
