- 18 to 35 years old
- Has good penmanship
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and can easily follow instructions
- Fast learner
- Can work under pressure
- Time-flexible (able to write for a total of at least 8 hours a day, can be spread out)
- Has no other work commitments
- Within CDO only
