Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, Psychology or other related course.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years work experience in the hotel industry as a Duty Manager, Asst. Operations Manager or Hotel Manager.
- Experience in Property Management Software's, Revenue Management Systems desired.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Oversee every aspect of a hotel to ensure smooth operations and maximum profit.
- Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments, including housekeeping, human resources, facilities, security, public relations, social media, F&B service.
- Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
- Develop and implement strategies for promoting their services/brand in order to attract clients.
- Coordinate regularly with sales and marketing for enquiry, follow up & conversion to grow up the business.
- Contact prospective clients via cold calls and emails to offer them hotel services.
- They also respond to client enquiries and assist with resolution of client problems.
- Randomly inspecting the Supplies (F & B /Housekeeping) to check the stock in hand (quality, par stock levels, expiry etc).
- Inspecting all departments for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture.
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction and service recovery process.
- Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development.
- Be available on call 24 hours a day to resolve any urgent problems on emergencies.
- Plan and coordinate events within a hotel to ensure they run smoothly.
- Responsible for the overall management of the operation of the hotel.
