We are looking for (2) ENTHUSIASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESIONAL to join our growing team and help us provide our clients with the best customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt and professional solutions for customer inquiries via online chat, phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Responsible for receiving orders, payments, monitoring and dispatching customer orders. Tracking progress of all orders and providing information to customers regarding open orders, delivery and invoicing.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
  • Accountable to adhering to all order guidelines, processes, and procedures.
  • Work with team leads to address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Performs other assignments or related duties as directed.

Requirements & Skills

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional telephone manner and messaging etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • At least intermediate level expertise with Microsoft Excel/Google sheet
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping system and Sales experience is a plus
