JOB DESCRIPTION:
Service Engineer provides maintenance and technical expertise to the medical staff regarding the operation and maintenance of simple to sophisticated medical equipment, ensuring that equipment functions within manufacturers' specifications and code requirements in a safe manner for both patients and staff.
SCOPE OF ROLE:
Reports to: Service Department Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Delivers and performs on-site demonstration, preventive maintenance, installation, validation and commissioning of medical equipment.
- Carries out inspections on equipment and ensures they are fit for the purpose, and meets all safety requirements.
- Performs Online Bidding Demo, Service Training and End user Training and corrective troubleshooting to clients.
- Application support for clients as well as conducting over-the-phone troubleshooting;
- Assessment of parts needed for troubleshooting and inventory;
- Ensures all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely; for both employees and customers/clients and in line with company policies and procedures, and current health and safety legislation.
- Willing to travel and service equipment in 24/7 on-call basis.

- Knowledgeable of technical aspects of electronic equipment and its operation, repair and maintenance
- Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to work with minimal supervision

- Responsible and reliable
Requirements:- BS Electronics and Communications Engineering graduate – Licensed Electronics Engineer (is an advantage).
- Skills in driving with a valid Professional Driver's License is a plus.
- Willing to travel to areas within or outside Cagayan de Oro City depending on the schedule of daily workload (with the use of Company vehicle).
