Encoder / Delivery Assistant

  • Encodes sales order & new products in the system being used; prints delivery receipts
  • Coordinates with salesman for orders to be encoded
  • Assists the salesman in coordinating with suppliers
  • Prepares products for delivery
  • Checks accuracy of products for delivery against DRs
  • Delivers order to customers
  • Picks up orders from local suppliers
  • Conducts inventory of products every quarter
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time 
  • Must be a graduate of information technology or at least any 2-year course
  • Physically fit and honest
  • Willing to commute when delivery products
