The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible in identifying innovative strategies to attract the talents that the

company needs. We are in need of Sourcing Ninja that would effectively handle Sourcing channels and

events to successfully deliver our hiring targets for the Sourcing and Branding team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leads Generation through Employee Referral, Social Media Marketing, Job Boards, University
  
• Partnership, Recruitment Partners/vendors, Applicant Referral, Job Fairs/Caravans, etc.
  
• Efficiently conducts invites and ensure applicants show ups onsite
  
• Vendor Management – Training and Government Institutions, University Partnership
  
• Maintain, Track and Analyze Marketing data from the assigned Sourcing channels.
  
• Create Sourcing Plans and present Sourcing costs.
  
• Track Sourcing costs accordingly.
  
• Adapt to the current trends and grab the opportunity to incorporate it in the Marketing Strategy.
  
• Come up with Market Intelligence Reports and Studies to better come up with Sourcing initiatives.
  

Job Qualifications:

• Has at least 2 to 3 years work experience in BPO Sourcing and Marketing
• Has been exposed in different Sourcing facets: Digital and Social Media Marketing, Branding,
• Employee Referral and University Partnership
• Has experienced creating hiring job ads on Job Boards and Social Media
• Has experienced managing online virtual career events or open house activities
• Ability to do market intelligence and comparison.
• Well experienced on Reports Management and Analytics
• Ability to Analyze Sourcing numbers. Identify wins and create solutions.
• Can continuously adapt to the market trends and create events/activities about them
• Ability to do market intelligence and comparison.
• Has a good understanding about the needs of the BPO Industry.
• Flexible enough to adjust to a fast paced environment.
• Amenability to work on extended hours and Holidays.
• Willing to work in our Limketkai center in Cagayan de Oro.
