Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, taking inventory, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
• Respond & Resolve to customer inquiries and complaints regarding services, products or personnel
• Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties
• Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
Qualifications:
• Degree holder in any business-related course
• Preferably with supervisory experience for at least 2 years
• With proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to train people
• Must be excellent in leadership and presentation skills
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Strategic, creative and analytical thinker
• Analytical and result oriented
• Can start immediately
