We are looking for an HR Generalist with strong analytical and communication abilities. An HR generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with exceptional organizational and conflict resolution abilities. You will be a skilled negotiator and problem solver with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, HR generalists must have strong decision-making skills as well as a thorough understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and training.
Responsibilities:
● Assist with all internal and external HR issues.
● Participate in the development of organizational policies and procedures.
● Make suggestions for employee motivation strategies.
● Assist in the hiring process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks,
and issuing employment contracts.
● Employee complaints should be investigated.
● Coordination of employee development plans and performance management is
required.
● Conduct new employee orientations and update personnel records.
● Manage and prepare reports for the organization's employee database.
● Produce and submit reports on general human resources activity.
● Assist with budget and payroll management.
● Keep abreast of the latest HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
● A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required (essential).
● 4 years of experience as a human resources coordinator (essential).
● In-depth knowledge of labor law and employment equity regulations.
● HR administration and people management skills that are effective.
● Outstanding record-keeping abilities.
● Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
● Meets tight deadlines and works well under pressure.
● Excellent computer literacy, including experience with email, MS Office, and HR
software.
● Outstanding organizational and conflict resolution abilities.
● Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
● Extensive attention to detail.
Work Terms:
● Salary: US $1,000 (negotiable, will be converted to Philippine Pesos)
