Qualifications:


  •  Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or in any related field 
  •  1-2 years proven experience in sales 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Superior interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to take initiative and work independently 
  • Confident and charismatic approach to people 
  • Preferably with driving skills 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Seek new customers and maintain a database of potential customers’ details
  • Establish relationships with new customers
  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products, services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and coordinating with the production dept
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume clients
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery scheduled, and merchandizing techniques
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

  • Resolve customer complains by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on customer area and preferences. Ensure that the client special requests are met

  • Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
  • Maintain proper record on the client accounts. Monitor the if the payment is verified. 
  • Collect and remit client payments
