QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
Job Qualifications:
• Must be a Licensed Chemical Engineer
• At least 2-5 years responsible experience in food processing, standardization, quality control or other related work
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Evaluate LMC's product specifications and examining them with customer requirements.
• Set quality control measures to achieve targets.
• Ensuring product compliance to standards.
• Define quality measures in conjunction with working staff
• Supervise the people engaged in testing and measuring product, tabulating the data, relating product quality and materials.
• Understand, evaluate, and sees to it that the tests and procedures are properly undertaken and investigate the product quality deviations.
• Monitor performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports.
• Determine relevant quality associated training requirements and deliver training
• Supervise QA activities and the people engaged in inspecting and monitoring incoming raw materials, packaging materials and finished products.
• Maintain and may set up documentation and control procedures.
• Responsible for running activities complying with 5S, GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Monitor HACCP compliance activities in the LMC Plants nationwide.
