Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a four year Bachelors/College Degree
- At least one year experience in related field
- With Pollution Control Officer (PCO) experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication Skills both written and oral
- Has keen to details
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- To adhere existing working practices, method’s, procedures, undertake, relevant training, and development activities and to respond positively to a new and alternative systems.
- To maintain Confidentiality and observed data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
- Comply all requirements needed for the station compliance in coordination with station Supervisor or Manager.
- Ensure that all important documents for the stations are properly complied such as
(Building Permit, Business permit, BFP permits, Occupancy permit, B.I.R C.O.R. D.T.I certificate and receipts.)
- Monitor, process and prepare needed documents per station for the Department of Energy ( Certificate of Compliance )
- Ensure that all station’s Calibrating bucket are properly Calibrated by the D.O.S.T
- Ensure that the following are PROPERLY POSTED AND DISPLAYED in the station’s; ( Business Permit, D.T.I certificate, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate, C.O.R., Ask for receipt, Sanitary Permit, D,O.E. Certificate, Certificate of calibration, Environment Compliance Certificate (E.C.C.) Permit to Operate, Water Discharge Permit.
- Performs other administrative tasks as directed by superiors time to time.
- Conduct spot inventory on All station.
- Perform liaising/other task if needed ( Notarization of documents, submission & follow ups)
