Reads and follows recipes
Prepares ingredients to be used in baking as required by the recipe ensuring proper food safety handling.
Baking of menu items in cooperation with other bakers
Ensures all food and other ingredients are properly stored.
Maintains high standards of food safety and personal hygiene
Ensure that all baked products are consistently prepared and served in accordance with BMUCDOFC recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Has relevant background and experience in baking
Open to Flexible Schedule (weekend, holidays), and long working hours
At least 1 Year of experience
