Job Description:
Pre-take out requirements: Timely processing and coordination of Annotation of Titles need for Take Outs.
Post-take out requirements: Timely processing and coordination of Conversion related transactions to ensure zero backlog.
Filing and Safekeeping of documents.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
No work experience required but would prefer Less than 1 year experience specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Team player, people oriented with keen attention to details.
