Job Description:

  • Pre-take out requirements: Timely processing and coordination of Annotation of Titles need for Take Outs.
  • Post-take out requirements: Timely processing and coordination of Conversion related transactions to ensure zero backlog.
  • Filing and Safekeeping of documents.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • No work experience required but would prefer Less than 1 year experience specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent 
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Team player, people oriented with keen attention to details.
