Urgent Hiring: Administrative Assistant Fulltime

  • Take incoming calls and taking messages.
  • Dealing with email inquiries.
  • Taking meeting minutes.
  • Calendar management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Data entry.
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and participants if needed.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts.
  • Providing administration support to Team Leader, MEL Officer, Project Coordinators, Finance Assistant

  • COVID-19 considerations:

We work from home most of the time and we meet just once or twice a month. We do have a once a month field work but the company will shoulder the swab test two days prior to traveling and we do have a travel master insurance with COVID19 coverage.
