Either a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Instrument/Control preferred) with extensive experience of instrument design.
Extensive experience in automation and instrumentation systems - including considerable practical experience in design and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems.
Experience with relay based logic panels, generic PLC operation, fibre optics, CCTV, digital instrumentation, operator graphics displays, digital systems integration, would all be an advantage.
Understand all technical drawings with the ability to read and write control software to modify control/protection schemes.
Technical Skills:
Basic and Advanced PLC Programming (Siemens S7-200) and (Allen Bradley Control Logix5000, Compact Logix)
Proficy HMI SCADA – CIMPLICITY lay-outing, configuration and Troubleshooting
Instruments calibration and Installation: Level, Pressure, Flow, pH, conductivity, and Temperature Transmitter including all Pressure Gauges and all Laboratory Equipment that are available in the factory laboratory.
Installation and Programming of Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic Controls
Installation and Programming of Motor Control
Siemens S7-200 and Allen Bradley(Control logix5000 and Compact logix)
PLC Installation and Configuration
Building Wiring Installation Digital and Analog Circuits
Salary Range : php 16,000-20,000 monthly plus allowances and company benefits
