a. Qualifications
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect
• Preferably with 2 years experience in Site supervision - including Residential Projects
• Male or Female
• Preferably between the ages of 25 y.o - 30 y.o
• Willing to engage in an 18-month project-based contract - may be converted to a regular position
b. Job Responsibilities
• Daily Site Supervision of a residential project to ensure safety and quality of works
• Ensures that all construction works are executed in accordance with project specifications, budget, schedule and proper guidelines
• Prepares construction schedule and work methodology
• Submit regular project accomplishment reports
• Seeks innovative means to improve project quality, safety and completion time
