Answer calls and respond to emails
* Manage and resolve customer complaints
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Route calls to appropriate resource
* Follow up customer calls where necessary
* Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Basic Qualifications:
· At least senior high school graduate
· Applicant is a high school graduate
· Above average English communication skills
· Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
· Typing speed of 25-30 wpm
