I am looking for a Recruiter for Mortgages and Solar Campaign
Responsibilities:
- Research, source (using referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to COO / CEO
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs
- Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community
- Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in successful recruitment within the Utility Scale Mortgages and Solar Campaign
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- -headset with noise cancellation
- -at least 20 MBPS
- -quiet environment
- 100% WFH!
- Need to be able to work the EST shift.
- 9:00 AM EST – 6:00 PM EST
